Kathleen Rumford
Kathleen is a certified Financial Coach and has completed training in accordance with the credentialing of International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Executive and Personal Coach. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Connecticut. She is a recognized leader in project management and consulting, demonstrating her leadership for many years in well-known organizations such as Andersen Consulting and Sprint Telecom.
Kathleen then spent over a decade in the educational field before moving on to manage business/financial/technical operations in leadership development consulting along with finances and operations for multiple small businesses. Additionally, she leads Personal Finance classes for young adults and couples, as well as for older adults. Kathleen cares deeply about people and is passionate about guiding them as they work toward financial health and freedom. Over the last decades of consulting, project management, operations, and financial and personal coaching, Kathleen's journey has found her alongside industrious leaders, intentional parents, and transitioning students. Fostering personal and professional growth with individuals on her teams, with couples, and with individuals, she has supported career development, communication, conflict resolution, accountability, trust building, work/life balance, life-direction, zone of genius, personal finances, and financial autonomy. When Kathleen is not serving her clients, she enjoys scrapbooking, kayaking & hiking with friends and family, sharpening her Spanish language skills, and being of service to her local community and beyond. Her life is fuller and more fruitful for every person, every relationship, and every experience.
