Step 1 - The Transcript

This module focuses on The Transcript. I'll show you how you'll be using all of the records you've been keeping track of (grade, credits earned, etc...) to create the Transcript and the majority of the Comprehensive Academic Summary packet (see RESOURCES below). Using the Transcript template I provide or another that you choose, you'll transcribe the names of the courses taken along with the grades and credits earned into the template. All of this information will come from your LEVEL 1 course Step 4 Foundational Framework MASTER file or your own record keeping system.
In the Summary section at the bottom of the transcript, consider including additional documentation, grading scale, academic summaries, and you'll have the majority of your student's high school transcript complete. The only thing to add will be the weighted and unweighted GPA information, which we'll focus on in the next module. |
